Plating Wizard is operated by Staging Wizard LLC. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Staging Wizard LLC.

What we store

We store account details, uploaded food photos, generated images, saved looks, generation settings, credit balances, and payment references to operate your account. Photos are stored with Google Firebase. Uploaded images and instructions are sent to Google’s Gemini API when you request a generation.

Your photos

Your library is accessible through your account. Image download links contain access tokens; anyone you share a link with may view that image. We do not publish your uploaded photos as examples without your permission.

Payments and service providers

Stripe processes payments and stores payment details when you make a purchase. We receive payment status and purchase references, not full card numbers. Google Firebase provides hosting, authentication, storage, and database services. These providers process data under their own applicable terms and privacy policies.

Retention and deletion

Saved photos remain until you delete them or your account. Deleting a library item removes its generated image. Originals and references may remain while used by other photos; unused uploads are cleaned up after seven days. Account deletion removes your photos and saved looks. Payment and audit records may be retained for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.

Local storage and cookies

We use essential authentication storage to keep you signed in. This version does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
