Terms of use.

Effective September 29, 2026.

Plating Wizard is a product of Staging Wizard LLC, the provider of this service. These terms govern your use of Plating Wizard with Staging Wizard LLC. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Staging Wizard LLC.

The service

Plating Wizard helps you edit food photography using AI. You must have the rights and permissions to upload and process each image. Do not upload unlawful content, sensitive personal information, or images that infringe another person’s rights.

AI output and your responsibility

AI results may be inaccurate or differ from the original. You are responsible for checking ingredients, portion sizes, allergens, labels, and presentation before publishing. Style examples are illustrative. Results, consistency, suitability, and exclusivity are not guaranteed.

Credits and payment

One generation uses one credit. Failed generations are refunded as credits. A completed image with an undesired artistic result is still a completed generation. Each additional variation uses a new credit; downloads do not. Purchased credits do not expire while your account remains active and are not transferable. Credit packs are one-time USD purchases. Planned subscriptions renew monthly or yearly, with credits refreshed monthly and no rollover. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancel renewal through Profile & Settings before your next billing date. Contact us about billing issues or refunds; applicable consumer rights remain in effect.

Your content

You retain your rights in uploaded content. You authorize us and our service providers to process it to provide the service. You may use output commercially to the extent you hold the necessary rights, subject to applicable law and provider terms. AI output may not qualify for copyright protection.

Accounts and availability

Keep your account secure. We may restrict abuse, automated bulk requests, fraud, or harmful use. Availability depends on third-party services. The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, to the extent permitted by law. Deleting your account forfeits remaining credits.
